Linlee!

This is my youngest, Linlee.  We recently had our own family pictures taken by the fabulous Sarah Elaine in Durham...and little Miss Linlee was just not out to cooperate that day.  So, while we were running errands in Winston-Salem this week, I dressed her back up and swung into Old Salem for "Take 2" with little Linlee.  I had almost thrown in the towel because she wouldn't even look in my general direction.  Typical toddler here.  But, in the end, we tried one more time with Daddy jumping up and down.  I'm sure it was a sight to see, but we ended up with this sweet one.  :)

Baby B.

I was lucky enough to be able to take a few photos of my newest nephew while they were over visiting recently.  This is my favorite!  Such a cute little grin!

Baby C.

When we moved here 3 years ago, I met a wonderful friend, my daughter's first grade teacher.  She was fantastic for my daughter and really made a great impression on our family.  She recently had her first baby and I was thrilled to be able to capture a little bit of her sweetness! 

In the top, this blanket and wooden cradle were Baby C's dad's when he was born.  And in the bottom, the Daddy works for UPS and we decked this baby out for a "special delivery".  She is so special!  Congratulations Emily!

Engagements!

 

I met this fun couple through my friend, Maurine.  They are engaged to be married in September!  They just wanted a couple relaxed engagement pictures to send out.  It's always fun to see the taste and ideas of other people.  I never would have thought of the hammock and dog shots, but I think they turned out cute!  Thanks guys!

Baby "A"

I got to spend a few minutes this morning with my wonderful friend, Kimberly, and her baby girl.  So cute and so sweet!  I tried my hardest to squeak a smile out of her, but she'd only smile when her momma was holding her.  :)  Thanks again, Kimberly!

The "S" family children

My beautiful cousin Danielle asked me if I could take some surprise pictures of her kids as a Father's Day gift for her hubby.  We headed out to Old Salem and had a wonderful morning! 

Happy Birthday "B"

My friend Hannah was in town and wanted to get a few pictures of little "B" because he was celebrating his 3rd birthday.  Happy Birthday B!  You are a charmer!
